I explained how I was ready to grow out my graying hair which required my long curly hair to be cut extremely short. Michael knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to deliver. (ORIGINAL POST) I want to start by saying Michael is the only reason I will return. I had my hair done several years ago and had a great experience. Recently I had an appointment scheduled with Vicky. I showed up 15 minutes early that allowed for me to meet and chat with Michael. He was so nice and he made me feel welcome....until his next appointment showed up. Then I was left in the waiting room for over 1/2 hour without so much as an acknowledgement of a delay way past my appointment time. I understand keeping on schedule isn't always easy, but customer service can go a long way. I canceled that days appointment and asked for Michael's next available. I am hoping my next experience will restore my faith in Sweet Salon and my next review will be 5 stars.”

“On-line I felt their prices seemed reasonable. I took my 16 y/o for a hair cut and color, she did black with red tips. I expected the price to be higher but was shocked when he told me it was 250 plus I had put 25 to secure the appointment. So 275 and a 20% tip. I think that is too high and although her hair was done beautifully due to the prices, we will not be returning.”
